This Online Purchase Information governs purchases made through the website. Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing your order online, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Our Standard Shipping Rate is a low $4.95 for US delivery and a flat fee of $9.95 for international orders. For all US orders over $75.00 we at bear the shipping fees and you enjoy FREE shipping! We also offer an option for insured shipping. The cost is dependent on the number of products purchased. Insured shipping is $6.95 per item. If your parcel is lost, stolen and/or damaged in transit we will bear the cost and ship out a replacement without further action from your side. With standard shipping however we cannot be hold liable for mail theft or unclaimed and undeliverable parcels. We are able to offer great deals and crazy low product prices thanks to our close and long-term business relationships to manufactures and wholesalers from overseas. This also means that some of our products may be shipped from outside the US and that shipping may take up to 20 business days to the US and 30+ business days to other countries, but we find that your items typically arrive within 10-15 business days in the US. Delivery for FREE promotional products can take up to 30 business days! Some few products require longer shipping times. In this case you will find a highlighted note on the relevant product page. Please do not order with us and rather choose some local sellers, if you are not happy with our declared delivery times and cannot wait patiently. Additionally, all items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. This includes order verification, payment processing and verification, quality control and packaging. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. If your order does provide tracking information, you will receive an automated tracking code via email from USPS, UPS or FedEx after the order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment; there is no need to request a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 5 days for the correct tracking information to show up. Your multiple-item order will generally be shipped separately, due to different warehouse locations for various items. This also ensures that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You may receive part of your order before the rest of it, and this is completely normal. It doesn't mean that we have forgotten about your other items. And don't worry: we will charge the shipping fee only once for your entire order even if you receive multiple parcels. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We cannot guarantee the delivery time-frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We are not responsible for import duties taxes and customs fees. Please double check your order details to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after having placed an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change your shipping details or cancel your order after having dispatched your items. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges. We cannot be hold liable for products sent to the wrong address if wrong shipping details have been provided. Delivery and mail theft is continually on the rise, especially during the holidays and with each shipment we provide a tracking number either through FedEx, UPS or USPS. If for some reason, your delivery is stolen and we can verify with the tracking number that the shipment was delivered, we do not take responsibility and ship another order for free nor do we provide a refund. Sadly we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it is held at your local main post office branch for you to pick up. We encourage all of our customers to utilize a secure post office box, drop box or have it held at a local FedEx or UPS station to avoid this concern. Additionally, if the products delivered are perishable and perish during this delay, does not accept responsibility nor provide a refund. We appreciate your patience if you haven't received items within 30 days. If you are concerned in any way, please feel free to contact us via the contact form instead of leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to fix any problem (resend or refund any missing item). Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates and up to 35 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


How long can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched and hasn't left our warehouse. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. If your item has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot process your cancellation request but you can still request a refund according to our return and refund policy. You will be required to wait for the parcel to arrive and then send it back to our return center. How long can I return a product? If you are not happy with your product after delivery, we allow a 30 day return policy. If you request a refund within 30 days after delivery, your request will be acknowledged and processed. If you submit a refund AFTER 30 days of delivery, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or exchange. What items can be returned? To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled or altered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received a damaged item please send us a proof in the form of a photograph that clearly shows that a damaged item was delivered to you. We will then take the necessary steps to refund you or exchange your item. What items are exempt from being returned? Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not take back customized products that were individually manufactured according to customer request (e.g. customized jewelry). What are the necessary steps to request a refund? Please send us an email to with your order number (e.g. #ID1234), your name, details of the product and the reason for your refund request. If you are eligible for a return we will provide you with the return address where you can send your product to. If you can please provide us with a tracking number or a photograph of your postage receipt. Please note that return postage costs are at your own expense. Where do I send the item to if I want to return it? Please contact us before returning your product so we can provide you with the correct return address. What do I need to know about return postage If you are not happy with your order and would like to return the unwanted item for a refund or exchange, postage costs will be at your expense. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher priced items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. What do I need to know about shipping fees. Are they refundable? Please note that we do not refund shipping fees that you paid for your original order. The shipping costs can't be claimed back because the delivery service has already been provided. This means that the shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount. This also applies to orders that exceed the free shipping threshold and that covers the shipping fees for. The shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer who returns his item(s). When do I receive my refund (if applicable)? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Why does it take so long to receive my refund (if applicable)? Please note that we can only process refunds once we have received and inspected your returned item. If you purchased a product on sale, we are unfortunately not able to approve a refund request, unless the item was damaged by us or incorrect from the item that you ordered. Only regular priced items may be refunded. I have ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange my product? If you have ordered a product in the wrong size, you can request a product exchange. Please note that postage costs are at your own expense if you would like to return and exchange a functional item. Once we can offer pre-paid print-out labels for your return package, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. How do I return a faulty product? If you were delivered a defective or damaged item you can request a product exchange or refund. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please send us an email at with your order number, your name, details of the product (quantity) and a description of the fault. Please also attach photograph of the faulty product to your email so we can process your replacement or refund request. How do I return a gift item? If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
